Hotel Durant Remodel

LOCATION

Aspen, CO

Built in 1963, the Hotel Durant is a twenty-room lodge located in the heart of Aspen. At approx. 8,200 square feet, the existing entry was undersized and not ADA compliant. Given budgetary and city land use restrictions, the most cost effective solution was a new extended entry deck with an ADA compliant outdoor elevator.
